The Highland Business Association is committed to promoting, representing and supporting the Highland Park Business Community. We advocate for the success of our members by ensuring that Highland Park is a vibrant place to live, shop and do business.
The Highland Business Association (HBA) was chartered in 1953 and has promoted business, trade, and civic leadership ever since. The HBA is led by an energetic board of directors. The HBA has taken an active role in creating commerce and helping to develop the Highland Village and its surrounding shopping area. Formed by local business owners, the non-profit HBA continues to work with not only local property owners but also the City of St. Paul to keep the Village a thriving place to work and live.
Throughout the history of the HBA, whatever issues were important to the economy of Highland were the primary focus of this organization. From the early days of supporting the Highland Little League to the more recently combining efforts HDC to secure an CIB grant to help replace the deteriorating sidewalks in the village.
